He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Floyd and Chloe Floyd; his sister Sally Floyd Arrendale; his niece Nancy Layne Arnold; his nephew Jeff Floyd; and his great-niece Evie Slappey.
He is survived by: his sons, Clay Floyd (Sherry) and David Floyd (Lianne); his grandchildren, Kyle Floyd, Tori Floyd and Lainey Floyd; his great grandchildren, Emily Floyd, Rhett Floyd, Olivia Floyd and Sam Wallace; and his siblings, Ruth Arnold, Jack Floyd, Pat Floyd and Felix Floyd.
