She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Ramey Coffman and Martha Brooks Coffman; and her brother John Dean Coffman. She is survived by: her husband Howard Hughes; her sons, Heath Fordham (Brittani) and Casey Fordham (Kristi); and her grandchildren, Emily (Cody), Alyssa (Aiden), Mikayla, Ashlyn, Alivia, Landon, Kylie, Hunter (Sara), Gracie, Allie Claire of Destiny, M. J. and Embry.
