She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Frank Smith; and her husband Franklin Dennard "Bobby" Dame. She is survived by: her children, Robert Dame (Tammy) of Irwinton, Debra Dame Lott of Cummings, GA and Gwendolyn Dame Moore of Macon; her brother Ernest Smith of Louisville, GA; and her grandchildren, Brandy Doyle (Craig), Brooke Ernst (Steve), Jeffrey Lott, Kate McCullars (Ryan), Cam Dame (Brittney) and Kelsey Cullens (Grady). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
