He was predeceased by: his father Pee Wee. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carmichael Pruett; his children, Thad Pruett and Priscilla Pruett; his mother Janette Pruett; his siblings, Cindy McCoy, Vonda Woodall and Danny Pruett; his brother-in-law Doug Carmichael; and also, Will Anderson, Reid Anderson, Eddie Peyton, Alec Peyton and Andrew Pruett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
