He is survived by: his children, Pete McKinley (Tracy) of Smithfield, NC, Patrick Sprague of Athens, Emily Sprague, Allison Maddox (Josh), Ashley Sprague and Blake Sprague; and his grandchildren, Preston, Landon, Caden, Conner McKinley, Chyenne and Chloe Maddox.
