He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Lou Quinn; his parents, Joshua Quinn and Ella Ray Padgett Quinn; and his brother John Patrick Quinn. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Quinn McCoy (Ben); his children, Karen Moore, Sherri Page, Steve Saffle (Beverly), Lynda Martin, Melanie Hayes (Mark) and Robert Quinn; and his siblings, Jeanette Mellish and Barry Quinn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
