Maxine Shields Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2024, at the age of 77, Maxine Shields (Danielsville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Wilson and Drucilla Haggard Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Garney "Junior" Shields, Jr.; her son Tim Shields (Tina); her granddaughters, Kayla Jones (Wesley) and Brittany Shields (Aaron Palermo); her great grandchildren, Micah, Addy and Olivia; her sister Phyllis Bryant (Clayton); and her nephew Billy Singleton.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (963 GA-98, Danielsville, GA 30633). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cemetery Fund at Providence Baptist Church, 210 Providence Church Road, Danielsville, GA 30633.
