She was predeceased by: her father Richard Bollinger of Paterson, NJ.. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Wacker (Hagans); her husband Gary Januchowski; her daughters, Jessica Arrowood (Stovall) and Alyssa Januchowski; her uncles, Ralph Hagans and Leonard Bollinger; her sister Stephanie Bollinger Drennen; her parents-in-law, Patricia and Leonard Januchowski; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Kay, Susan Olsen and Eric Januchowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Sparrow's Nest, 745 Prince Avenue, Athens, GA 30606 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
