She is survived by: her husband Joe Griffeth; her daughter Kristen Carvajal (Jose) of Hiawassee, GA; her granddaughter Aura Sara Ann Carvajal; her parents, Michael Horton and Patricia Horton of Hiawassee, GA; and her brother Russell Day (Pamela) of Spartanburg, SC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
