He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Kathryn Lively, Harold and MaryJo Robbs; and his sister Sherry Lively Black.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lively and Lynn Lively of Danielsville, GA; his daughter Skylar Lively of Jasper, GA; his sister Toni Caya of Portland, OR; and his significant other Kayla Dobbs of Jasper, GA.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to them for Robbs daughter, Skylar Lively's future.
