He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulas Meadows and Mary Hudgens Meadows; his siblings, Eulas Meadows, Jr., Gene Meadows, Ollie Joe Meadows, Tom Meadows, George Meadows and Drucilla Baird; his daughter Hazel Ann Meadows; and his granddaughter Melissa Gurley.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley B. Meadows of Danielsville; his children, Johnny Mack Meadows of Lexington and Jane Darlene; and his siblings, Carl Meadows (Ginny) of Comer, Kenneth Meadows (Wanda) of Danielsville, Wayne Meadows of Elizabethtown, N. C and Sis. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great- great grandchild.
