She is survived by: her husband Thomas Fields; her children, Rhonda Humphreys (DJ), Rita Dooley (Charles), Tammy Adams, Brian Fields (Tonya), Jamie Fields (Michelle) and Kenny Fields (Krystal); and her siblings, Mary Rulevitch (Jack) and Bobby Glenn David. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
