With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwayne Thomas Fields of Danielsville, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Evans Haggard; his brother Elmer Fields; and his stepfather O. J. Haggard. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Fields (Heidi), David Fields and Wade Fields (Holly); his grandchildren, Jena Brown (Derek), Zak Fields (Katie), Daniel, Rachel Fields and Emma Grace Fields; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Ryder Brown, Madelyn, Mabree and Marcie Fields.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in memory of Mr. Dwayne Fields to the St Jude Cancer Research.
