He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Elco Epps and Lucy Ann Bradley Epps; and his siblings, Mary Evelyn Coile, Paul Lee Epps, Shelvy Jean Whitehead and Kenneth Dillard Epps.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Epps (O'Kelley); his children, Donice Moss of Athens, GA, Dustin Epps of Chattanooga, TN and Dee Reynolds (Hal) of Comer, GA; his grandchildren, Hannah Bordon, Landon Moss, John Reynolds and Andrew Reynolds; and his sister Dolores Pettyjohn of Athens, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
