He is survived by: his wife Rebecca DeLay (Becky); his daughter Michelle Delay (Antony Smithie); his stepson John Paul Bacon; his grandchildren, Katie Ann Russo, Olivia and Russo; and his sisters, Janet DeLay Epps and June DeLay Burkes. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
