It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Warren Christian of Danielsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee Christian and Lena Bell Hunsinger Christian; and his siblings, Franklin Christian, Dorothy Strickland, Fred Christian and Jimmy Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol Christian; his children, Scott Christian (Kimberly) and Laurie Flickinger; his grandchildren, Ben, Delia and Brayden Flickinger; and his siblings, Claudette Bird, Grover Christian and Carolyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (963 GA-98, Danielsville, GA 30633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Vineyard Creek Baptist Church (121 Cherokee Rd, Comer, GA 30629). A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Friendship Baptist Church (275 Friendship Church Rd, Danielsville, GA 30633).
