He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Kinley and Delrea Beatenbough Kinley; and his brothers, Don and Dennis Kinley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kirk Kinley; his children, April Turner (Scott), Josh Kinley, Logan Kinley (Katie), Matt Kinley (Cindy) and Jeremy Rich (Laura); his grandchildren, Noah, Asher, Levi, David, Chandler Kinley, Amelia Rich, Kenadi and Tristen Turner; and his brother Derrell Kinley (Jill).
His contributions to both his profession and his loved ones serve as a testament to a life well-lived.
