He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Aleen Neisler and Virginia Shook. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Neisler; his parents, Larry Neisler and Linda Neisler; his children, Victoria Carter (Chase) and Cain Neisler (Kayla); his stepson Joseph Olds; his brother Tim Neisler; his grandchildren, Harrison and Kennedy Carter; his niece Chloe Neisler; and his nephew Beau Neisler.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donation be made in his memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
