She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Garrett (David); her sister Irene Thomason; and her grandchildren, Joshua Black, Joseph Black, Saphronia Dyer, Ralph Dyer, Ray Scoggins and Nicole Young (Scoggins). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
