He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Brooke Scoggins Bryce of Bremen and Robyn Nicole Scoggins Freeman of Flowery Branch; his sisters, Shirley Ann Scoggins Coile and Angie Carol Scoggins Epps; and his grandchildren, Parker, Kendal, William, Mason and Hannah.
