He is survived by: his children, Mark Parham (Tammy) of Comer and Linda Kidd (Terry) of Carlton; his siblings, Troy Parham of Comer and Ruby Coile of Franklin County; his grandchildren, Trent Kidd, Duane Parham and Dale Parham; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Kidd and Charlotte Parham.
