It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Clark Vaughn of Danielsville, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Clark and Mary Lee Clark; her husband Rev. Albert Vaughn; and her sister Evelyn Fouche. She is survived by: her daughter Lorie; her son-in-law Jerry Skelton of Ila; her granddaughters, Heather Nations (Mike) of Athens, Merry Skelton-Weiss (Ari) of Statesboro, Abigail Skelton of Ila, Lydia Skelton of Ila and Aubrie Fouche of Athens; and her sister Shirley Fouche of Athens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
