He is survived by: his wife Marie Allen Jenkins; his daughter Sandra Scoggins; his grandchildren, Jennifer Scoggins Bailey (John) and Jeff Scoggins (Christy); and his great grandchildren, Christopher Scoggins, Savannah Scoggins, Nathan Bailey, Naomi Bailey and Sara Beth Scoggins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Moon's Grove Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
