He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Price, Sr. Price and Lillie Mae Price; and his siblings, Annie Mary Martin, Betty Sue Herrington, Marcus D. Price, Jr. and Albert Price.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Price; his children, Kenny Price of Atlanta, GA, Britt Price (Melody) of Damascus, GA and Pam Price-Greene (Randy); his grandchildren, Allen (Melissa), Haley, Jacob, Kendahl, Joshua and Chandler; his great grandchildren, Bryce and Ryan; and his brothers, John Wayne Price (Dorothy), Silas Price (Linda) and Tillman Price (Judith). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
