Winford McConnell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winford McConnell of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay McConnell and Faye'Barrett'McConnell; and his son Michael McConnell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Denise'Lawson'McConnell; his children, Rick McConnell (Leah) and Tammy McRae (Jeff); his stepdaughter Emily Hyde; and his brother Buck McConnell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Dalton Funeral Home.
