She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kay Heckman, Larry Polk and Ricky Ray Polk; her sister Pat Masters; her grandchildren, Byron Franklin (Marsha), Ashley Polk Gilley (Barry), Courtney Polk Gleaton (Darren), Nathan Hasty and Leah Hasty Liesmann (Matt); her great grandchildren, Emma Franklin, Christian Gleaton, Havyn Gleaton, Jake Davis, Andy Davis, Madison Officer and Chandler Officer; and her great great grandchildren, Landon Davis and Evelyn Davis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
