He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Chappell and Leon Chappell; his daughter Andrea Chappell; and his sister-in-law Joyce Bledsoe. He is survived by: his wife Bennieta; his son Billy (Jackie); his grandchildren, Will (Kat) and Callie; and his great grandchild Mary Wesley Chappell. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
