William Howard Satterfield Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Howard Satterfield of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Lee Satterfield; his parents, Andrew Jackson and Lucy Brock Satterfield; and his siblings, Hershel Satterfield, C. L Satterfield, Sr., Charlie Satterfield, Aline Joyce and Alwayne Welch.
He is survived by: his son Ward; his daughter-in-law Carol Satterfield; his grandsons, Caleb Satterfield (Nikki) and Josh Satterfield (Roxanna); his great grandchild Maddox Howard Satterfield; and his siblings, Dimple Burnette (Winfred) and Delane Fisher (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association (GA Chapter, 922 East Morris Street, Dalton, GA 30721).
