He is survived by: his niece Carla; his nephew Randall Willingham; his sister Diane; his brother-in-law Bobby James; his brother John Harry Maddox; and his children, Tracy (Karen Maddox), James (Heidi Maddox), Carl (Rosie Maddox), Linda (Julian Naylor) and David (Shannah Maddox). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins.
