He was predeceased by: his parents, Velani Vernon Blevins Sr. and Delores June McCuley Blevins; and his brothers, Patrick Blevins and Terry Blevins. He is survived by: his daughter Brooke Allen; his siblings, Ronald Blevins (Debra), Elizabeth Blevins and Edith Ulery (Richard); his grandchildren, Reanna Nicholson (Kensely), Hailie Allen, Alia Allen and Nevaeh Allen; and his great grandchildren, Karter Nicholson and Remington Nicholson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
