She is survived by: her husband Patrick Raymond Hayes; her children, Brittany Dillard (Douglas), Courtney Hayes (Jacque), Kristin Hayes, Patrick Hayes (Brandy) and Andrew Hayes; her siblings, Vanessa Tipton (Garland), Stephanie Lambert, Erin Lambert, Shannon Mullins (Joe), Dennis Lambert and Steven Lambert; and her sister-in-law Deanna Womack (Mike).
