He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Montgomery and Bea Montgomery; and his sister Anita Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Polly Montgomery; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Patti Montgomery; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Ayden Montgomery and Jordan Patterson.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or Tunnel Hill First Baptist Church.
