He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newton Kent and Hazel Kent. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kent; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Joan Kent of Shelby Township, MI; his brother Jimmie; his sister-in-law Marge Kent of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his grandchildren, David Kent, Amanda Kent and Stephanie Kent.
