He was predeceased by: his parents, Dent Brazzel and Velia Mae Reed Kenney; and his close friends, Bryant Harper and Phil Willis. He is survived by: his brother William "Bill"; his sister-in-law Ina Fae Kenney of Rocky Face, GA; his nieces, Rebecca Terry (Nicholas Guccia) and Rachel Lea (Jeff) of Rocky Face, GA; his great-nephews, Jacob Lea, Ryker Terry and Jonathan "J. D." Lea; his great-niece Reagan Lea of Rocky Face, GA; his significant other Winona Palmer; and his pets, Bandit and Smokey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Georgia.
