He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Finn and Coba Overman Finn; and his brother-in-law Dr Jesse Palmer (Billy Galloway). He is survived by: his wife Angela Smith Finn; his daughter Katherine Finn Pippenger (Wes); his grandchildren, Michael Finn, Crosby, Xander and Topanga Pippenger; his sisters, Linda Finn of Gainesville, GA., Jeanna Galloway of Oakwood, GA., Dorothy Palmer of Hattiesburg, MS. and Ruthy Ashworth of Monroe, GA.; and his siblings-in-law, Tony and Melissa Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
