He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Lee and Jimmie Lee Cooper Whaley. He is survived by: his son Tanner Whaley; the parent of his children Kim Whaley; his grandson Ian Whaley; his brother Gary Whaley (Teresa); his nephew Ethan Whaley (Allie); and his great-niece Wrenly Whaley.
