She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Martha Rose Pellom Phurm; her husband Billy McHan; and her siblings, Jeffery, James, Johnny, Paul Andrew Phurm, Sharon Harris, Becky Lemon, Linda Lewallen, Pauline Holloway, Mary Fuller and Jeanine Lewallen.
She is survived by: her children, Rosie, Christopher Henson and Billy McHan (Tasha Bramblett); her grandchildren, Aiden, Chloe, Kase, Mckynleigh, Braxton and Ridge; and her brother Roy Phurm.
