He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Joann W. Guthrie; his stepchildren, Katherine Nelson (Bradley), John Tracy Wyrick (Pamela), Tonya Bakker (Hans), Lane Raber (Mike) and Kent Walsh; his sisters, Sara Houston, Jean Allison and Jane Brophy; and his caregiver Cortney Rucker. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
