With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard John Geraci of Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard John Geraci to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Crocefissa Geraci and Antonio Geraci of Sommatino, Italy.; his siblings, Liboria Abrams, Lee Grifo, Lillian Balice, Carmella Curran, Frank Geraci, Carolyn and Jimmy (Mongo); and also Trudy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister-in-law Pat Vaughn; his friends, Bob and Melanie Reichley; his daughter Rhonda; and his caregivers, Brenda Hansird, Halle, Jennifer, Erin, Stephanie, Courtney, Scott and Tracy of Heartlite Hospice. He is also survived by niece, and many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Georgia, http://hsnwga.org and Dalton State College to support their Allied Health and Social work program and the education of more nurses, health aids, and social workers in our local area.
