He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolinar Rodriguez and Enedina Peinado; and his sister Rosa Rodriguez Peinado. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Martinez of Rodriguez; his children, Teresa Rodriguez, Silvia Rodriguez (Alfonso Blanco), Vicente Rodriguez (Carmen Torres), Sandro Rodriguez (Rosa Lopez), Ana Yele Rodriguez, Regino Rodriguez, Jr. (Rosa Rodriguez) and Jose Antonio Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Uriel Torres, Juana Iris Torres (Julio Gonzalez), Joana Daisy Rodriguez, Arianna Rodriguez, Alfonso Blanco, Marcos Rodriguez, Lisette Rodriguez, Sofia Rodriguez, Giuliana Rodriguez, Sandro Rodriguez, Jr., Juan Rodriguez, Giovanny Rodriguez and Melanie Rodriguez; and his siblings, Maria Cruz Rodriguez, Dominga Rodriguez, Salvador Rodriguez, Roberta Rodriguez, Cruz Rodriguez and Esteban Rodriguez. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (2011 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Dalton, GA 30721). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (968 Haigmill Lk Rd, Dalton, GA 30720).
