He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Edward and Mary Rittenhouse; his wife Brenda Henley Rittenhouse; his siblings, Laurabell Tatum, Franklin, Howard and Grady Rittenhouse; and his niece Sonia Lambert.
He is survived by: his niece Meleida Haynes (Will Smith); and his close friend David Cope. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741).
