We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Mother Eva Lou Betton Rivers of Dalton, Georgia, born in Eton, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Josh Betton and Claudia Ramsey Betton (Curtis Rivers, Sr.); and her daughters, Mary Frances Pinson Brown and Claudette Rivers King. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Rivers, Jr., Robert James Rivers, Sr. (Helen) and Teresa Ray; her nephews, David Betton (Ollie), Bernard Betton (Cheryl) and Terry Lee Betton; and her children, Dalton, Bishop Nicky Paul Starling and Dr. Jerry Jones. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, twenty-six great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
