She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Chaney, Sr. and Allie Bell Austin Chaney; her husband John Jackson; her sons, Charles Wofford and John Aikens; and her siblings, Catherine Saunders, Juanita Chaney, Elizabeth Greene, Jannie Mae Hawkins, Hezekiah Austin and Leon Chaney, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Elder Terry Aikens (Ann), James Wofford, Jr. (Cheryl), Earline Wofford, Frank Wofford, Peggy Burse (Aaron) and Chandlin Johnson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
