He is survived by: his father Glenn Simerly (Molly Simerly); his sons, Max Eugene Simerly, II (Tonya) of Adairsville, Albert Glenn Simerly (Brandie) of Calhoun and Lee Simerly (Christy) of Adairsville; and his grandchildren, Haley Simerly Crowe, Jeb Simerly, Trenn Simerly, Abreyann Simerly, Cadance Simerly, Cohen Simerly, Abigail Simerly, Addis Simerly and Aeson Simerly.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hall Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery (929 Hall Memorial Rd NW, Calhoun, GA 30701).
