He is survived by: his caregivers, Linda Jackson Potts and Jonathan Potts (Ashley); and his cousins, Vivian Jackson, Connie Lane (Al), Marianna Weldon (Greg), Larry Bowman (Karen), Cecelia Stuart (Tim), Guy Jackson, Nancy Hackworth, Marla Miles, Yvette Cochran (Anthony) and Donna Grow.
The family asked that memorials be made to The Arthritis Foundation.
