He is survived by: his wife Mandy Blalock of Dalton; his stepdaughter Courtney Parm (Michael) of Gainesville; his father-in-law John Brooker (Pat); his brother-in-law Stanley Evans (Julie); his nephew Nic Spradlin; and his granddaughter Eslian Mae Parm.
