She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stallard and Ellie "Bowman" Stallard; her husband Clifford Stamper; her daughters, Starrla Ann Stamper and Reaponza Kay Stamper; and her siblings, Danny Stallard, Claude Stallard, Judy and Naomi.

She is survived by: her son Clifford Dean Stamper. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
