With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lynda K. Ridley of Dalton, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lynda K. Ridley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ridley and Jessie Ridley; and her sisters, Laura Ridley and Teresa Bays. She is survived by: her brother Steve; her sister-in-law Jackie Ridley of Cleveland, TN; her sister Louise; her brother-in-law Gerald Miles of Chatsworth; her nieces, Kerri Longmire (Bruce) of Apison, TN, Kelli Newport (Kenny) of Eton and Kayti Ridley of Cleveland, TN; her great-nephews, Blake Longmire (MaryAnn) of Longview, TX, Alec Longmire (Hannah) of Dalton, Colton Newport of Eton and James Ridley of Oxford; and also Kevin Ridley (Nicole) of Oxford.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that a donation be made to support a one-time scholarship/donation that will be made in Lynda's name to Dalton State College.
