He is survived by: his wife Rosa Alvarez-Pulido; his children, Salvador Loa of Dalton, GA, Luis Oswaldo Loa Jr. of Savannah, GA, Itzaleth Guadalupe Loa and Jennifer Colindres of Dalton, GA; his parents, Luis Loa Tirado and Leticia Sanchez; his siblings, Raymer Loa, Jose Luis Loa, Salvador Loa, Sandra Loa of Chattanooga, TN and Nancy Loa of Chattanooga, TN; his parents-in-law, Juan Alvarez and Altagracia Pulido of Mexico; and his pets, Doderman Pincher Tyson and Chihuahua Paco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
