She was predeceased by: her parents, Anicefaro Valerio and Petra Payan; her stepfather Juan De Dios Montes; her daughter Teresita Gallardo; her granddaughter Lily Calvillo; and her siblings, Valentina Valerio, Sofia Valerio, Dolores Montes, Aurelia Montes, Brigida Valerio, Arturo Valerio and Carlos Montes.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Gallardo; her children, Oscar (Nancy Gallardo), Antonio (Rosa Gallardo), Jesse (Teresa Gallardo), Rosa (Antonio Hurtado), Chela Gallardo Salazar, Lupe (Mario Azua) and Alicia (Jaime Martinez); her brother Carmelo; her sister-in-law Guadalupe Montes; and her sisters, Lorenza Valerio (Jose Inez Hernandez) of Mexico, Rosa Maria Montes of Mexico and Elijiah Montes (Jesus Aguilera). She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
